What we ask of you

The commitment is simple.

This program is built for people who are ready to show up and put in the work. Here's what that looks like:

  • Show up on time

Your employer and mentor are counting on you. Reliability is the most important skill in the trades — and it starts on day one.

  • Stay focused on the task

Trade work demands attention and care. Bring your focus to every shift and you'll build skills faster than you think.

  • 2 weeks of training

Complete your two-week introductory training in your community — 4 hours a day, 4 days a week.

  • 3 months on the job site

Work under a company mentor on a real job site for three months. Every day counts toward your Red Seal.
